About Curtis Stasiuk

Curtis Stasiuk is part owner and broker for one of Edmonton’s most respected realty companies, MaxWell Progressive. Curtis first got into real estate after an unfavourable experience while buying his own property as a young man. Put off by the heavy sales approach of the several realtors he had dealt with, Curtis became a realtor himself and took a customer-service-oriented approach with his clients instead, vowing to improve the overall experience for buyers and sellers alike. Since getting his license in 2003, Curtis has built upon his vast knowledge and passion for real estate to create one of the most well rounded portfolios in the industry. Enjoying a long record of success, Curtis has won several awards, including MaxWell Realty’s prestigious Diamond Award as well as Edmonton Real Estate Board’s Realtor’s Medallion and Top 5% Performer awards respectively.

Curtis maintains this vision of realty service by mentoring the realtors in his brokerage to reject the notion of ‘selling’ real estate and focusing on the customer experience. Having nurtured MaxWell Progressive from a modest four-agent brokerage to the 100+ agent powerhouse it is today, Curtis has also continued to grow within the industry and has expanded his reach into property management.

As a sitting member on the Realtor’s Community Foundation for six years, Curtis has also enjoyed giving back to the community he’s always loved. So much so, that he became President of the foundation in 2008. While respected in the field as an industry leader, business manager and broker, Curtis is perhaps proudest of his role as ‘father’ to his two young children with wife, Jaclyn. An Alberta resident all his life, Curtis enjoys going to the mountains, golfing, skiing and cheering on his beloved Edmonton Oilers.
